Can I continue after the 3 months?
Yes, you can continue after your pack matures, subject to slot availability. Slots can fill up, so check the plans section when your pack is close to maturity.
How can I contact support?

How do I register and buy a pack?
  1. Browse the packs on the home page. You do not need an account to look.
  2. Click Invest on the pack you like, then sign in. New here? Register first and enter the OTP sent to your email.
  3. Submit your KYC: your name as on your PAN card and your PAN number.
  4. Wait for our team to approve your KYC. You will get a notification when it is approved.
  5. After approval, open your selected pack again and continue. Accept the Terms.
  6. Pay by UPI or netbanking, then enter your UTR / reference / transaction ID.
  7. Our team checks your payment and activates your pack.
Why do I need KYC?
KYC confirms who is investing. It protects your payments and ours. You only need your name and PAN number.
How long does KYC approval take?
Our team reviews KYC manually and tries to do it as quickly as possible. You will be notified as soon as it is done. You can buy a pack only after your KYC is approved.
PAYMENTS AND WITHDRAWALS
I made a payment but my investment is not showing. Why?
Submitting a payment confirmation or transaction reference does not mean the payment has been received or approved. Every payment is subject to verification, and your request stays pending until an authorised manager verifies it and updates its status.
Why has my request been pending for 2 hours?
Your payment may still be awaiting verification. Please contact our official support channel with your transaction reference so we can check it for you.
Can I withdraw my funds after 1 month?
Your funds are actively traded in the market under a defined risk-management plan, and withdrawing early can affect profit growth. We therefore ask you to invest only an amount you are comfortable leaving for the full 3-month term. Thank you for your patience.
